Overall capacity varies depending on furniture layout, event type, and client preferences.  We design the lounge to provide a comfortable, upscale experience for approximately 30 - 75 guests, depending on your event layout. Whether you're hosting sponsors, artists, VIP ticket holders, or community leaders, we'll configure the space to create the best possible guest experience. 

We are located in San Antonio, Texas and are capable of traveling all over Texas and surrounding States. 

The VIP Lounge is self-contained and has its own generator, however if power is readily available, it only needs one 110v outlet to connect into. we provide our own connection cord. 

Depending on the landing area, the average setup time is usually about 2 hours. 

Our Mobile VIP Lounge has many great opportunities for branding ideas that are endless. We provide you with creative ideas and for an upgrade can coordinate a sponsorship activation and coordinate all aspects for you. Contact us for more details. 

Our mobile lounge was engineered, designed, and built to meet Florida State standards to include strong wind and rain.  

We recommend reserving your date as soon as your event date and venue have been confirmed.

Many festivals and fairs begin planning several months in advance, especially for spring, summer, and holiday events. Booking early provides the greatest flexibility for scheduling, transportation logistics, and optional branding or sponsor customization.

However, if your event is approaching, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows.

Yes. BigMench Promotions maintains general liability insurance covering the Mobile VIP Lounge and our operations.

We also require event organizers to carry their own event liability insurance to cover the overall event and its attendees. This is a common requirement for public events and helps ensure that both parties are properly protected.

If your venue requires proof of insurance, we're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
